Generations usually fail for one of three reasons: the photo or prompt was blocked by content moderation, the upload was not a JPG, PNG, or WebP file, or the AI service was temporarily busy. Try a different photo or a simpler prompt, then generate again. If it keeps failing, contact our support team.
Credits are deducted only when an image is actually generated, so a technical error does not cost credits. The exception is content moderation: if a request is rejected by the safety check, the 3 credits are still used. If you believe credits were deducted by mistake, contact our support team with your account email.
